I have done this in the past, and next time I would use the flat magnet you can cut with scissors, as the ones I made with the button type magnet pop off the fridge if you barely touch them! I think I'll try these altered puzzle pieces too. yours are adorable!

I love the vintage look you're doing on your puzzle magnets. I've also been making puzzle magnets for sometime now and selling them in my shop, Topsy Turvy, in Carthage Mo. I like to use the small puzzle pieces for necklaces and bracelets, also as pendants. But the magnets sell the best. I use cardstock, wallpaper samples, photos and bling! It's a lot of fun!

I LOVE it! I have a puzzle in my garage that wouldn't sell at my yard sale for 50 cents! I guess I'll go get it and repurpose some of those pieces! I think these would make a great gift as a little set for almost anyone!

I really love these! Who doesn't have a few puzzles hanging around! Thank you for a great way to recycle. I think these would make awesome gifts. I LOVE the shamrock and the typed vintage paper.

Even if you don't have a puzzle lying around you can find one at the dollar store!
