Phone Dump

Hi there! I am a complete slacker. I have done nothing but watch Breaking Bad on Netflix for the past two days.  I have sewn quite a bit while watching it, but the blog kind of suffered from my Netflix binge.  So, this post is a little bit late, but I figured I would still do it.

 I hope you enjoy these random pictures that show you how very fascinating my life is. ;)

 I am teaching Hannah how to sew! She is loving it so far and she asks me everyday when our next sewing lesson is.  I started her on just paper and lines, and then we moved to fabric. She is already getting the hang of it, and actually had a pretty good 1/4" seam! :)

I got to spend some time with my best friend and celebrate her birthday at our favorite Mexican Restaurant.
{me and Michele}

Practicing some free motion quilting.  I was trying to figure out how to do holly, but couldn't get the hang of it.  The words were not too hard, but still require lots of practice!

 The sunset the other night was really quite spectacular.

And then the next day we got pounded with snow:

Charlie had a great time playing in it, he would have spent hours in it if I would've let him.

After the snowstorm it became frigid! I mean the inside of our windows were frozen over!

My little Avie snuggling on the couch after her nap! I don't get snuggles too often from her, so I have to enjoy it while I can!

I am borderline obsessed with the Pioneer Woman and look at her blog on a daily basis.  I am pretty much giddy with anticipation when I get to sit down and read her newest cookbook! :)

Well that's it for this week, I hope you all have a safe and fun weekend! I will be staying inside where it's warm and sewing like a mad woman who needs to get two quilts done before Christmas!

Talk to you soon,
