I posted about this project a while back, but I thought it would be pefect for Valentine’s Day! So I thought I would repost it!

I haven’t been into much scrapbooking lately, but since I have been working on a wedding album for my sister-in-law I decided to make a mini heart album for myself! Here is a small tutorial on how to make the base of your Mini Heart Album.

Step One: Make a heart template. I used my Cricut Machine and used the cartridge “George and Basic Shapes” I made a 5 1/2 inch heart with some cardstock to make my template.
Step 2: Trace your heart template on some chipboard. If you don’t have any chipboard you can use cereal boxes or something that has about the same thickness.

Step 3: Cut out as many hearts as you want. I used 4 for this album.

Step 4: Cut out 5 1/2 inch hearts out of scrapbook paper that you want to use for your Album.

Step 5: Apply a layer of Mod Podge on the front of your heart.

Step 6: place the heart you cut out of scrapbook paper on top of the Mod Podge layer and make sure it is securely in place.
Step 7: Punch out a hole on the side of the heart so that you can put a binder ring through all of your hearts.

Step 8: Use pictures, buttons, ribbon, and other embellishments to finish your album!!
